Founder, Steven Dougherty, is a seasoned business professional who started out in the food industry owning a restaurant straight out of college. With all the equipment in a restaurant I quickly learned the importance of maintaining your HVAC & HVACR equipment and the reliability and peace of mind it can give you is beyond comforting. I have also worked for different HVAC companies. I experienced both good and bad practices driven by corporate priorities. Some companies focus on their customers, some focus on their employees, and others prioritize single transactions – just get the sale.
